Girls’ Night, Rewritten: Real Pelvic Health Answers

Bring Your Burning Pelvic Questions—Let’s Get Down to

(Fun) Business

(At Home, With Friends, and Zero Awkwardness)

What if the most helpful women’s health conversation didn’t happen in a rushed appointment…but in your living room, surrounded by your closest friends, comfy clothes, and honest laughter?

That’s the idea behind hosting a pelvic health friends’ gathering at home—and it might be the most empowering girls’ night you’ll ever host.

No exams, No pressure to share, No pretending everything is “fine.”

Just real answers, explained clearly, with plenty of “Ohhh… that makes sense” moments.

Why a Friends’ Gathering Works

Women ask better questions when they feel safe. And nothing feels safer than your own space, with people who already know your life.

These gatherings are relaxed, educational, evidence-based—and yes, genuinely fun.

Bring your curiosity. Bring your biggest burning questions. Bring snacks if you want. 😉

Who These Gatherings Are Perfect For

🤍 New Moms & Postpartum Women

If you’ve wondered:

  • “Is leaking normal after kids?”

  • “Why does my core feel disconnected?”

  • “Why do things just feel… different?”

  • "Will sex ever feel good again?"

You’re not broken. Your body simply hasn’t been fully explained to you yet.

🌸 Women Preparing for Menopause (or Already There)

Hormonal changes can affect:

  • Bladder control

  • Pelvic pressure

  • Bowel habits

  • Comfort and confidence with intimacy

And yet—most women are told to just “expect it.” We do better than that!

🎯 New Year, New Goals!

If this year you’re saying:

  • “I want to feel strong again”

  • “I want to move without fear”

  • “I want answers—not band-aids”

Pelvic health is the foundation that makes every other goal easier.

What We Actually Talk About (Openly)

We cover the things that are common—but not normal, including:

  • Bladder issues (leaking, urgency, frequency)

  • Bowel struggles (constipation, straining, incomplete emptying)

  • Core function and pressure management

  • Pelvic pain and discomfort

  • How breathing, posture, and daily habits play a bigger role than you think

  • Why “just do more Kegels” is often terrible advice

  • Sex, sex, sex.....if you so choose to enter into this conversation!

Everything is explained in plain English, backed by research, and grounded in real life.

Bring Your Deepest, Burning Pelvic Questions 🔥

This is your chance to finally ask:

  • “Why does this keep happening?”

  • “Is this something I can address?”

  • “Can this actually improve?”

  • “What can I start doing differently—now?”

Nothing is off-limits. Nothing is too weird. Nothing will shock me.

(Truly. I’ve heard it all.)

What This Is—and Is Not

✔ Educational and evidence-based ✔ Comfortable, respectful, and judgment-free ✔ Designed for real women at every stage of life

🚫 Not an exam 🚫 Not a workout 🚫 Not awkward 🚫 Not a sales pitch

You can sit quietly. You can laugh. You can ask all the questions.

All are welcome!

Hosting Is Easy

You:

  • Open your home

  • Invite your favorite women (8–10 is perfect)

  • Set the vibe (wine, tea, snacks encouraged)

Me:

  • Bring the education & fun

  • Bust the myths

  • Explain what’s actually happening in your body

  • Share tools to start supporting and correcting pelvic health right away

Each session is customized to your group’s needs, with open Q&A time built in so nothing gets left unanswered.

What About Cost?

Hosting is simple and affordable. The cost is $250 flat for a 1.5-hour pelvic health workshop filled with education, laughter, and practical tools. Most hosts split the cost with friends—10 women chipping in $25 each. That’s less than the cost of a typical healthcare copay, with far more time, clarity, and personalized guidance.

What Hosts Are Saying

“I had no idea how much I didn’t know about my body until this night. My friends left saying, ‘Why have we never known this before?’”
“It felt like a girls’ night—comfortable, informative, and super fun. I was quiet and a little nervous at first but after Katie broke the ice with some teaching, the questions began to flow and we were all laughing!”
“My friends are still talking about it weeks later. So many lightbulb moments.”
“Honestly, it cost less than a copay and felt like individual answers. So worth it!”

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

Whatever you’re comfortable in. Think casual and cozy—leggings, jeans, sweats, pajamas, your favorite lounge wear. This is a living-room conversation, not a performance.

Will I be exercising?

No. This is an educational workshop, not a workout class. There’s no exercising, no changing clothes, and no internal exams. You’ll learn concepts and strategies you can apply later—but during the gathering, you’re free to relax, listen, and ask questions. If you, as a host, are interested in doing more of a class setting to learn safe exercise, this is certainly an option and can be customized to whatever your desires are!

Is this appropriate if I don’t have symptoms?

Absolutely. Many women attend to prevent future issues, better understand their bodies, or support friends. Knowledge is powerful, especially before problems start!

I'm very interested! When can I host my party?

Contact me for scheduling. Weekends and evenings can be available, luncheons or Sunday brunch. Think about inviting friends, neighbors, church friends, book club, workout buddies, moms' group, knitting circle, family, coworkers....the more the merrier!

Let’s Normalize This Conversation

Pelvic health is not niche. It’s part of womanhood, across every stage of life.

When women understand their bodies:

  • They stop blaming themselves

  • They move with confidence

  • They feel empowered

If this made you think, “My friends need this”—you’re probably right.
